Hey There, I am Jennifer, best known to my friends as Jenn.... Jenn Rowles... JR... Rowles... JRo... With a common name like Jennifer, the nicknames are endless!

I am originally from London, Ontario, where I was born and raised until I loaded up my car with all the important things in life; my Dixie Chicks CDs, massive desk top computer, and every scrap booking supply known to man... It was 2006 after all :). After two days of driving and many bags of Spitz Sunflower seeds, I arrived in Calgary, which is where I called home for 15 years. And because I love change, in August 2021, my husband and I relocated to Sherwood Park Alberta (okay, let’s be honest, we moved for my husbands job), where we now call home!

At the age of 44, I took a chance on life, leaving the corporate world to pursue a world unknown to me.... entrepreneurship! As a HR Professional for most of my adult life and being known for my passion around compliance and legislation, entrepreneurship was challenging to say the least. However, thanks to the support of my husband, family, friends, and community, the launch of My Personal Concierge came to fruition in February 2020.
